Commissioner can request works in progress at any part of the process

Due to the artists' schedule, faster completion and deadlines require an additional fee of $80USD

I retain the right to stream your piece in progress on Twitch unless specifically asked not to.

Your deadline date must be reasonable for the piece you are commissioning

Backgrounds are usually simple and minimalist

I will try to finish your piece as fast as I can, but please remain patient with me. Understand that factors such as to-do lists, others paying priority, motivation and my other avenues requiring my time may alter the delivery date.

I will always inform you should there be a delay or a matter with your piece

Rude/disrespectful communication will have their commission immediately canceled and refunded.

The SKETCH PHASE is the time to tell me if you'd like any major changes done, i.e: expressions, clothing, pose, hair, etc.

The first 1-3 altercations are free, anything past that amount of changes asked will result in a fee of $10 for every altercation after. Once we move forward from the Sketch Phase, only up to 3-5 MINOR changes can be applied.

It is your responsibility to make sure your piece has in its entirety what you want. I am sadly not a mind reader and you must communicate with me as thoroughly as possible so we can get the result you desire.

References must be clear and coherent.

If your character is complicated/detailed/intricate, I have the right to charge more. You will be fully aware if that is the case during the consultation period.

If you choose to share my work, please be sure to credit me

I, as the artist, retain my right to use the art in my portfolio

Please do not resell the piece itself or claim it as your own

Private artwork with the artist is available via request

The purchase of work is for digital artwork, NOT PHYSICAL PRINTS

Paying the invoice means the commissioner accepts these Terms of Service.

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS WILL HAVE YOU ADDED TO MY BLACKLIST WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS.
